Biographical Sketch: Michael Stockard is Director of Energy Efficiency at Oncor Electric Delivery. His responsibilities include administering approximately $75 million annually in energy efficiency programs. Michael has over 30 years of experience in the design and implementation of energy efficiency programs. Michael has a B.A in Political Science from Texas A&M University and a Masters of Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Dallas. Additionally, he is a Certified Energy Manager, Certified Demand Side Management Professional, and Certified Energy Procurement Professional. Michael is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Association of Energy Service Professionals and the Consortium for Energy Efficiency.
