Biographical Sketch: Mr. Wiese is the founder and Principal of Clean Energy Associates, consulting in renewable energy policy and program development, monitoring and performance verification, and technical analysis and education. He designed and manages the solar incentive programs for seven investor-owned Texas electric utilities, generating in just over two years the installation of nearly 10 MW of distributed solar PV systems, contributing to Texas’ ranking among the top 10 solar states for the first time in 2010. From 2007 - 2010, he managed the State of New Jersey’s innovative SREC-Only Pilot Program and the SREC Registration Program. Steve is President of the Texas Renewable Energy Industries Association, and a member of the SEIA, ASES, IREC, and the Texas Solar Energy Society (TXSES).
