Biographical Sketch: Colin Meehan is a clean energy analyst with Environmental Defense Fund, in addition to serving as Treasurer and board member of TREIA. Colin has worked with stakeholders across the spectrum in Texas to develop and pass legislation affecting solar power and other renewable energy. He has also worked with utilities to develop new rate and financing structures to further the development of solar power in Texas. Before joining EDF, Colin worked with utilities as an economic consultant and as an energy settlement analyst and nodal market implementation specialist for the Lower Colorado River Authority.
