Biographical Sketch: Andrea Luecke is Executive Director of The Solar Foundation where she is responsible for developing national research and educational initiatives that promote solar. Ms. Luecke authored the National Solar Jobs Census 2010 and 2011 reports and plays a leadership role on two U.S. DOE grants: Solar America Communities and Solar Instructor Training Network. Previously, Ms. Luecke ran the City of Milwaukee’s U.S. DOE Solar America Cities program. Ms. Luecke holds a Master’s Degree in Business and has over a decade of experience conceiving and administering organizational start-ups in the NGO and international development sectors and the insurance and finance sectors.
