Biographical Sketch: Joshua Stein is a Principal Member of Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratories. He came to Sandia in 2001 with an Earth Science Ph.D. from U.C. Santa Cruz and a MA and BA from Wesleyan University, Middletown CT. Since 2009, Josh has been developing modeling and analysis techniques for Sandia's Photovoltaics and Grid Integration Department. He is focusing on areas related to simulation and forecasting of PV system performance and their interaction with the electrical grid.
