Biographical Sketch: Glenn Moore is a Vice President for Delmarva Power, the largest utility in Delaware. Mr. Moore is primarily responsible for directing government affairs and public policy for Delmarva with a focus on building positive relationships state and local governments. Mr Moore has also worked with business leaders, low income associations, community organizations and other customer groups understand the needs of our communities and customers and to develop policies to meet these needs. One of Mr. Moore’s more important legal/public policy initiatives is the integration of Delaware’s Renewable Portfolio Standards (RPS), which contains one of the most aggressive solar RPS requirements in the country. Mr. Moore has also been leading Delmarva’s efforts to design and implement Delmarva’s SREC procurement program, now replicated by the vast majority of load service entities and other utilities in the state and potential model for other states.
