Biographical Sketch: Becky Campbell is a Research Manager at the Solar Electric Power Association (SEPA). She was the primary author of SEPA’s 2010 Utility Solar Rankings Report. Prior to joining SEPA, Becky worked with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection in the Pennsylvania Energy Office. There she created and managed the PA Sunshine Solar Rebate Program and briefly served as the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Energy Development Authority. She holds her Bachelors in Environmental Systems Engineering from Penn State University and her Masters in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Becky is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
