Biographical Sketch: Bryan Miller is Vice President of Energy Policy for Sustainable Energy at Constellation Energy, a Fortune 200 diversified energy company. Mr. Miller manages Constellation’s nationwide energy policy at the federal and state levels on all renewable energy and energy efficiency issues. Prior to joining Constellation, he served in the Obama Administration as Senior Counsel at the U.S. Department of Energy where he managed regulatory and legislative affairs. Prior to his government service he practiced energy and regulatory law for 10 years at a large, full-service law firm.
