Biographical Sketch: Mike Healy is a partner at Skyline Innovations, a solar thermal finance and development company, where he leads the companies market development efforts, including new business development, strategic partnership development, and government affairs. Prior to Skyline Innovations, Mike lead the photovoltaic division of smart grid company, GridPoint, where he focused primarily on utilizing solar PV as a distributed peaking power resource and established a national network of solar PV installers. Mike also spent a number of years on Capitol Hill working on energy policy and has been actively engaged with policy makers at the state and federal levels, specifically focusing on solar thermal policy initiatives.
