Biographical Sketch: Based in Pennsylvania, Peter is responsible for advancing solar policy in the Mid-Atlantic region. Peter was previously lead energy policy staff for the Delaware Senate Energy & Transit Committee, where he strengthened the state’s RPS and net metering policies. He is also the lead for Vote Solar's community solar initiative, and has been involved with efforts to both enable and implement community solar programs in various jurisdictions. Peter holds a Masters of Energy and Environmental Policy from the University of Delaware.
