Biographical Sketch:
Mr. Luebke is responsible within the Eaton Innovation Center for identifying and developing technologies in areas strategic to Eaton. Over his 32-year career at Eaton, Mr. Luebke has led numerous development teams through concept development, technology validation, and commercialization of products across many Eaton businesses. His most recent system engineering efforts have focused on developing enhanced protection solutions for PV systems, including arc fault and ground fault detection and mitigation. Prior to that Mr. Luebke co-developed an energy optimizing control for motor drives, predictive diagnostics via electrical signature analysis to reduce unscheduled equipment downtime, and wireless lighting controls that enables energy management systems to be cost effectively retrofit into commercial buildings. Mr. Luebke continues to be a key participant and author in the development of various national and international standards. Mr. Luebke presently holds 24 patents.
